Palladio 16 Cinemas Cinema West has been selected to operate the Palladio 16 Cinemas. Located in East Folsom, the Palladio at Broadstone is an exciting new lifestyle shopping center that is sure to be the area's entertainment and retail mecca. Now under construction, the cinemas will open in Fall, 2009.
